Dr. Joseph Mahon has been a practicing dentist since 1990, having graduated with a BA and a BDentSc degree from the University of Dublin, Trinity College.
He spent almost 5 years working as a general dentist in England and Ireland before undertaking 3 years speciality training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He graduated in 1998 with a certificate in clinical prosthodontics and a Master of Science degree in prosthodontics. Since then he has focused his practice on Implant, Cosmetic and Re-constructive Dentistry and Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Mahon has been involved in dental sleep medicine for a number of years treating snorers and suffers of obstructive sleep apnoea. He is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine among other professional organisations.
